Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use UsefulBox tools, a UsefulBox Account, or ShipFormat subscription features.
UsefulBox services
UsefulBox provides focused tools for checking, converting, and preparing business files. ShipFormat is a UsefulBox product for converting order spreadsheets into shipping CSV files. Features may be added, changed, or withdrawn as the products develop.
UsefulBox Account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and activity performed through your account. Do not attempt to use another person’s account or bypass account and product-access controls.
Business files and local processing
UsefulBox tools process supported business files in your browser by default. You are responsible for having the right to use the files and information you provide, keeping any backups you need, and deciding where downloaded outputs are stored or sent.
Your review and decisions
UsefulBox outputs are workflow aids. You must review generated files and results, verify them against the requirements that apply to your work, and make the final business, shipping, pricing, or other operational decision.
ShipFormat Pro and payments
ShipFormat Pro is a subscription feature of ShipFormat. The price and billing cycle shown at checkout apply to the purchase. Stripe processes payment information, and UsefulBox grants product access only after the billing status is verified.
Cancellation, refunds, and statutory remedies
You can manage or cancel a ShipFormat Pro subscription through the available billing controls. A cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests and other remedies are considered according to the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Third-party services
UsefulBox relies on third-party services for functions such as authentication, identity, payments, transactional email, abuse protection, and hosting. Those services may be unavailable or governed by their own terms and privacy practices. UsefulBox does not claim endorsement by or affiliation with those providers.
Reasonable use
Do not use UsefulBox for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity; attempt to defeat security or access controls; interfere with the service; or send automated traffic that unreasonably disrupts the service or other users.
Service availability
UsefulBox is provided without a service-level commitment. A feature may be interrupted, changed, or retired, including when a dependent service is unavailable or maintenance is required.
Responsibility and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, UsefulBox is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, reliance on an output, or an unavailable feature. This limitation does not exclude liability, statutory guarantees, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the service or its operating requirements change. The updated version and its revision date will be published on this page. If you do not agree with an updated version, stop using the affected service and cancel any active subscription.
