ActiveCampaign Deals CSV Migration Preflight

Inspect local CRM files before an ActiveCampaign Deals import. Check exact references, the $100 value default, Open status, locale numbers and destructive blank overwrite before preparing a mapped CSV.

Source files and reference snapshots stay in this browser. No upload, retained source file, ActiveCampaign login, API, import, email or automation execution. Local reference matches do not prove current tenant state.

The example and every example reference are synthetic. They demonstrate the workflow and do not describe your account.

1. Add source deals

2. Add local target reference snapshots

Upload only the reference packs needed by your mapped fields. Missing, malformed or ambiguous references remain unresolved. Header-only reference files represent an explicitly empty snapshot; source files must contain data records.

Import rules and unknown external effects

Every imported deal has Open status, including files that previously tracked Won/Lost deals. Unmapped or blank Deal Value defaults to $100. Pipelines, stages, owners and custom fields must exist; stage names are resolved inside their pipeline.

An unmatched Contact ID or Account ID is an error against the supplied snapshot. An unmatched contact email or account name is a potential new-entity risk. Exact matches may update existing profiles. Accounts use the account’s default owner; assigning an account owner, multiple contacts or contact roles is unsupported.

For updates, blank overwrite is checked per mapped field against your local existing-deal export. Off forecasts preservation; On warns about replacing non-empty values. Missing IDs, fields or reference packs stay unresolved or erroneous, and a snapshot cannot prove the live baseline has not changed.

This file-only preflight cannot know permissions, downstream automations, live changes or hidden account-side side effects. STATIC_PASS means a local check passed, not that a real import is approved or guaranteed to succeed.
